We cater for children aged 8 through to 17 who wish to train for, and participate in multi sports events such as:

Coached training sessions are currently held for the team of 40 plus Young Triathletes. Sessions are divided into ability levels and include swimming, running, cycling (older members on the open roads, younger members on grass or closed roads) and core stability, the focus being on skill development and gaining a positive experience from being part of the fastest growing participation sport in the world  - Triathlon

We hold two training sessions a week - Swimming at 7.00pm on Thursday evenings at Beaufort Sports Centre and Cycle and Run sessions start from 9.30am on a Sunday morning, at Plock Court.
